Damn, well that sucks. I too got that email the other day saying they were sending me a check for my balance … a whole whopping 25¢ lol; the stamp to send it costs more. If there are pending charges they probably are holding off sending the check until those charges clear but they still should be sending a check for the difference if there is any leftover after the pending charges go through. They have no right to just keep your money no matter how small it is; it doesn't belong to them.
