Hey, I bought me a Canon S1 IS digital camera yesterday; too bad I have to wait for it to ship though. It’s not a newer model cam and is only 3.2Mp but hey, I’m not printing out pics anyway. I bought it from B&H only because it was cheaper now I’m $255 poorer. It still takes rockin pics though and its gotten good reviews so I’m really happy with my purchase and will be even happier when I get it.
That means I can finally add my photography album 😀
The cam I really want is the 20Da for astrophotography, but that’s a dream because I can’t see myself paying $2200 for a damn camera so I’ll probably go along with the Digital Rebel or Rebel XT. The Rebel runs around $500 and the Rebel XT about $1000 but I think I could accomplish what I want with just the Rebel. I like taking pictures of nature and shit, mostly birds and wild animals. Although, there aren’t much around here besides possoms, skunks, and raccoons … and only then I see them as roadkill.
