Been 8yrs since I’ve had to look for a job. I don’t blame ppl for using AI resumes. Job-hunting’s so psycologically damaging now with all the tests, questions, you have nothing left for interviews. Ppl need to preserve their sanity. Was not like this 8yrs ago
