Today was a low drama day. Actually a no drama day. Spent most of the day looking for jobs. Saw a few good potential leads but only the future will tell if they turn into anything. I am feeling both optimistic and skeptical. Not many employers will hire a damn near 50 year old person. I’d actually prefer a city job so I can get a pension, but getting one of those jobs is like a unicorn because of waitlists. New York is definately not a place for the weak.
