My Mom just moved into a new place and me and my brother are buying furniture for our rooms. I hadn’t told him what I got but I peeked in his room and saw he bought the same dresser I did 😑 Nobody can tell me we ain’t related.

So not entirely sure what to do at this moment. Filed for unemployment but that can only do so much and isn’t guaranteed.

I’ve been working in the tech field my entire life and for the first time, I’m considering leaving for a more stable field. My little brother makes far less than me, but he has had ONE job at McDonald’s since high school. Never has to worry about job security.

It’s not that I don’t want to participate, it’s that I know my limits. Just because you choose to overextend yourself, it doesn’t mean others are obligated to conform #affirmations #voiceofreason
