I'm preaching to the choir here, and it will never make YouTube change, but can I just say how much I *despise* a shorts carousel now being the top spot of my Subscriptions feed in the YouTube app—and it can't be disabled, even if I tap the dots and say 'don't show this'?

I hate everything about YouTube shorts. The absolute worst is when I watch YouTube on my TV and accidentally open one instead of the full length video. It’s a pain backing out of it due to a delay. My personal hell would be getting stuck in a shorts carousel.
