True, which is why the new app probably won’t be optional. They’ll most likely force people to use the new app or lose access to their accounts. The US government did the same thing to the cryptocurrency exchange (also Chinese) Binance a few years ago. Kicked all Americans off the platform, blocked them from accessing their accounts and told them they’d have to download the new app in order to recover it. I have a feeling a lot of content creators are going to take a huge hit from this. It’s not gonna go how they think it’s gonna go
