Trying to lose weight (again). Have to lose at least 55 lbs. I lost before, but made the mistake of dating and gained it all back. Ladies, it’s not worth it. Starting breakfast off with organic oats and blueberries. It’s not that bad actually.

I will assume that since you have not mentioned it that your not doing exercise . If that is the case then what you have there should last you all day till your evening meal.
Add more fruit to that bowl though. Chopped apple etc…. 🙂
