Two Weeks without power?

just read an article that sais if ur power went out, it could be 2 weeks before its restored. UNACCEPTABLE VIRGINIA FN POWER!!!
Didn’t we learn this before when it was out for 2 weeks for Isabel???
Why don’t u use all that money for technology advancement to prevent power outages? Or reduce downtime when it does happen?
