Employers have created an environment where those of us who take the time to do our own resumes without AI, make us feel like we’re wasting our time. We are paralyzed by ghost jobs, endless interviews with no hire, using biased AI to filter applications or applications that just go into oblivion. So I don’t want to see employers whine about people using AI to automate their resumes. YOU did this. So stop bullying people into exhaustion.
